Attending PCT Advanced Seminar by Invitation in July of 2010

July 5, 2010, Mr. Richard Cheung, the director of the International Department and Ms. Li Yi, patent attorney, were invited to be present at the Patent Cooperation Treaty Seminar organized the by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).  Mr. Richard Cheung and Ms. Li Yi made warm and deep discussions with Mr. Matthias REISCHLE, the expert of WIPO and the experts from SIPO on domestic and international issues concerning with the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
