Ms. Jiang graduated from Ningbo University in 2005 and got her Bachelor degree in Accounting 

Computerization.

She focuses on trademark prosecution, licensing, enforcement and other matters relating to int-

ellectual property.  She has extensive experiences in trademark prosecution, opposition, licensing

and represents international and multinational corporations in prosecution, opposition, cancellation 

and appeal proceedings.  Her expertise also extends to international trademark registration system

(Madrid Agreement and Protocol),border enforcement of trademark rights, and trademark clearan-

ce and search.
