sive experiences in all phases of trademark procurement, opposition, and cancellation as well as enfo-

rcement proceedings.  She represents not profit organizations, international and multinational corpor-

ations in various matters including infringement, anticounterfeiting and dispute resolution.  She also

counsels on licensing, franchising, mergers and acquisitions relating to intellectual property rights.
