    His trademark expertise ranges from applications for registration to every practical area, including trademark strategic planning and legal advice, trademark prosecutions and protection, trademark search and monitoring, trademark assignment, licensing and renewals, trademark opposition, disputes and cancellations, reviews on

refusal of trademark applications, well-known mark protection strategy planning, trademark-related administrative proceedings, domain name registration and disputes, and other trademark related matters. He has extensive experience in handling issues arising from the Madrid Agreement and its relevant protocols.

   He has represented many multinational clients in their IP matters and is experienced in trademark practice. He is familiar with the procedures and practice of Chinese trademark authorities.
