 Mr. Wang graduated from Peking University and got his Bachelor degree in Law.  After graduation, he 

worked as a lawyer in Beijing Hualong Law Office.  In October 2008, Mr. Wang joined Beijing Huatai 

Law Office as a partner.  He is proficient in dealing with litigation and arbitration, corporate law and 

contract disputes.  In addition, Mr. Wang also has a lot of experience in the protection of trademarks, 

patents,copyright and software registration.

He mainly focuses on patent, copyright, computer software, unfair competition, trade secrets and rel-

ated issues.  He has extensive experience in both patent prosecution and litigation.  He also counsels

on validity, patentability, infringement and enforcement matters relating to electronic, computer, telec-

ommunication, medical device and mechanical patents.  He also has outstanding expertise in licensing

and transactions pertaining to intellectual property rights.
