Ms. Zhao got her Bachelor degree in Computer Application.  After graduation, she worked as an

intellectual property agent in enterprise.  Three years later, she qualified as a patent attorney,

joined a law firm to begin to work as a patent attorney.

She has rich experience in patent practice in computer applications.  She is familiar with the process

of patent applications, enterprise IP applications, the procedure of patent review, invalidation, 

infringement litigation.

She is good at the patent applications of computers, software and information engineering and

other fields; analysis of patent information, patent strategy, the development of IP strategy of IT

companies, the analysis of patent early warning, the construction of enterprise intellectual property

system.  She has conducted appropriate training and guidance for Beijing Science & Technology

Cooperation Center (BSTCC), the Third Academy of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation

and companies in some Science Parks.
