Mr. Fengyi Dai graduated from the 3rd Military Medical University of the People’s Liberation Army. Before he began his campus life, he had been working as an engineer in the experimental instru- ment factory of the Institute of Military Medical Science from August 1968 to April 1970. Afterw- ards, Mr. Dai had been in charge of Mechanical Department of Rimoon Intellectual Property Agency, Ltd. Mr. Dai joined us in December 2009. He specializes in patent protection.

 He has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including p- harmaceuticals, organic chemistry, biochemistry, synthetic and natural pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, pesticides, polymers, catalyzers, detergents, cosmetics, as well as inks and dyes. He provides legal services in patent application/inquiry/search, patent reexamination and invalidation, patent infring- ement analyses, patent administrative and legal proceedings, investigation of patent infringements by administrative authorities, licensing and assignments of patents and know how, and other matters related to intellectual property rights.
