MS.Fu graduated from Yunnan University in 1994 majoring in Biology and obtained her Master Degree in Molecular Biology. Ms. Fu began to deal with IP matters when she joined the Beijing High-Tech Intellectual Property Research Institution, where she implemented many Intellectual property projects, including the amendment of the Chinese Patent Law and the Regulations of China Patent Law. Ms. Fu was qualified as a patent attorney in 1998.

Prior to joining us in 2003; Ms. Fu served as patent attorney in Peking University IP Agency for five years. Her background and extensive experience in IP law has distinguished her as one of the leading experts in the realm of Biology. In addition to her application and prosecution experiences, MS. Fu also specializes in patent review, invalidation and infringement litigation.
