Mr. Sun graduated from Peking University in 1985 and got his Bachelor degree in Physics.  Mr. Sun 

was qualified as a Patent Attorney in 1994.

Since 1996, he had worked as the director of Tianjin Tianci Design Office.  From 2002, he started

his practice in patent law and is very familiar with UL standard and IEC standard and has prosecuted

hundreds of patent applications in the fields of mechanics, magnetic material, electricity and chemical

materials.He has extensive experience in a variety of areas including electric machinery, photo elect-

ricity and imaging devices, automation, automobiles, electric chemistry, mechatronics, home applian-

ces, input and output devices for computers, and general machinery.  He also provides legal services

in patent application/inquiry/search, patent reexaminations and invalidations, patent infringement an-

alyses, patent administrative and legal proceedings, investigation of patent infringements by admin-

istrative authorities, licensing and assignments of patents and knowhow, and other matters related to

intellectual property rights.
