An agreement on interest of Donguan LiXing LiFang IP Agency Co., Ltd (HuiZe ChengXin for short) taken over was signed by between Beijing HuiZe ChengXin IP Agency Co., Ltd (LiXin LiFang ) and the former in Donguan on Dec.4, 2006 from which a merger is effective formally. Thereafter LiXin LiFang as the subsidiary., was exclusively invested by HuiZe ChengXin. Application for share takeover had been submitted to Donguan Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce (ABIC) for approval.
After the takeover, a promise was made that HuiZe ChengXin (Donguan) would keep serving his clients with his philosophy-To be faithful, professional and efficient, and adhering to new concept- To keep our previous Service Permanent, but Value-Added Service Constant.
